Me, Myself and I
Hey My name is Denis, Im 13 years old and I live in Canada, Ontario. I came from Albania about 2 years ago and now im a grade 8 student. Coming here was a big change in my life. I was excited but sad too because I miss all my cousins and friends. Before I came, I did set up some goals that I have not yet achieved, but still working on them (I will talk about these goals later on). In the age of 4, I started dancing and doing acrobatic moves, fashion designing and acting. When I was in grade one, I FINALLY got to join Three groups of “Preforming and Acting Poems, stories and plays for the school, a Hip Hop, Mixed with acrobatic moves dance class and a “Young Writers” Group”. I just knew what I wanted to be when I grow up (A model, an actor, a fashion designer and a professional dancer). I loved doing these things and I really enjoyed it. In grade 2 and 3 me and 4 other students represented our school in many different contests. In grade 4, I won the first place in preforming and acting stories. This competition was with contestants from the whole city. In stage there was always HUNDREDS of people and tv cameras. It was always amazing being there. That year, I also won the award “ Mihal Grameno”. Mihal Grameno was an Albanian writer. I wrote some poems that appeared to be in Kids magazines. In that year, I was invited in a real tv show with some other talents and my sister (my sister acts and writes too). It was AMAZING. One day, “The Students” Magazine came in. “Nah, Im not interested”, I said without even looking at it. “Look inside”- said my teacher, “Your picture is there”. I was really happy. Grade 4 and 5 was the best years in my life. I won many other smaller awards. Unfortunately, I didn’t even finish grade 5 because I had to move here in Canada. I like life in Canada but I haven’t had any opportunities to continue doing what I used to do, (since we are kind of new lol). You guys are the second modeling and acting website I found, after searching for all these months. I knew I would find some website like this it’s just that I didn’t search properly. Anyways, like I said im going to tell you about some of my goals I planed before I came here. My goals were “Act in a movie, or on plays, enter in fashion designing contests, model and dance with some group”. I am so excited about this website and I hope someone company calls me. I HAVE CRIED SO MANY TIMES, but I still didn’t get anything! Before I stop writing, im going to explain how I look like. I have a medium height, my hair is dirty-blonde. My eyes are blue-green, Im really skinny, I have a bit of abs (Im saying a bit of abs because I don’t want to say they are good enough for fitness modeling). They go away and than they come back whenever I exercise, it takes about 1 week lol. Ok I guess Im done writing now lol. One more thing, If you have talent, good luck! If you are an agent, have the best time meeting others. If you are a company, have fun and I hope every project turns out to be easy. Take care everyone :).
